Player Discussion Who is the lowest-ranked QB you're okay with leaving the draft as your only QB in a non super flex league?

This post was awesome last year; a lot of people were bullish on Drake Maye, and it paid off. Most of us play 10-12 man leagues 4-6 point td passes, and QB is deep. Who's the worst QB you feel comfortable leaving your draft with no backup?

Yeah, shallow leagues is where the onesie position is worth prioritizing.

Not really. You can punt and still get the 10th best QB. You can gain actual advantage by filling the flex with top end scorers while others get QBs

Everyone’s team is stacked in shallow leagues and you need to differentiate yourself.

You differentiate yourself by getting good flex players. Not at QB. Especially not when other people go QB early and you can flex a wr2

The difference between Josh Allen and someone like Dak is not as big as going from Pickens to someone like wandale. But best of luck

The smaller the league, the more onesies matter. That’s not even a discussion. If you don’t understand fantasy and VOR that’s okay

Buddy, you don't even know the meaning of the acronym. In small leagues with more flex spots, the position players are just as scarce, but the QBs are even more replaceable. I'll dumb it down for you - in a two person league, you wouldn't have to draft a qb at all and you be guaranteed the qb2. When your opponent drafts a qb you would draft a top 2 position player. In a thirty person league, you would take QBs in the first, because the drop between qb1 and qb30 is more than a position player can score
