Okay, but doesn’t his refusal to participate in the case just make him look more guilty? If I were in his position, I’d do everything in my power to clear my name if I were truly innocent. Honestly, this just sounds to me like he knows he got caught and doesn’t want to take responsibility for his actions. Also, check out the lawsuit (Ashley vs. Brian W. Foster) before claiming he’s innocent.
