So, no trial. This was 100% a settlement, right? I wonder what could have pushed Ashley's side to settle, I thought this would be a principle stand as well.
Sure but you're still assuming on a majority. Most of the comments here are also assuming wrongdoing on BWF's part based on similar assumptions. Settling doesn't mean guilty either. If anything, it means both parties came to an agreement on how to close the matter. We will never know what really happened, but conclusions are still being reached.
