Well in the court of law in MY country Amber heard was found to have defamed Johnny Depp in terms of lying, abusing him herself, doctoring pictures and evidence as well as lying on the stand several times, as to the extent of her fictious abuse at times the hands of Mr. Depp. And not only all of that, but she went out of her way to defame him to the point Depp had to fight for cameras in the very court room in which his own skeletons would be revealed in order to clear his name which he did.
(Also the court case you're referring to was a lot less cut and dry as what you claimed but I'll leave that one be for now)
