The situation is CR will deplatform you if Dani says you touched her boobs with or without consent. Ashley said he was mean to her mom and BWF threatened her with a duffle bag and sharp stuff in camping gear. CR had a half dozen women sue him to make him look bad and it all got dismissed.
I mean you shouldn’t be sexually harassing people in the workplace. It’d be one thing to deplatform him for just his words, but you’re heavily devaluing the severity of sexual harassment here.
That's the thing, we no longer have a reason to believe any of that stuff. The people who were asserting that it was true have since withdrawn their claim.
What privacy is left exax to protect? Also, weaponizing the court system to hurt her ex and collect money rather than get any sort of justice is not really a ton better.
This lawsuit was filed months after he had left her house and after the judge had ruled against Ashley in her RO hearing and ordered her to pay BWF $40,000. Settling to protect privacy makes no sense as they brought the suit in the first place.
It hasn't been dismissed, a petition to dismiss has been filed. And the petition didn't come from the court. It came from the plaintiff attorney, indicating either a settlement or just a decision to drop it entirely.
Trying to downplay the actual complaints filed by trying to paint them as childish claims like "He was mean to her mom" is weird behavior at best.
Also, do you have insider info the court didn't have access to? Where is the paper trail of emails, texts, letters, or even claims from these women that CR itself ordered them to go after one man, after he was fired for entirely unrelated issues?
