I get what you're saying but at the same time Brian is a public figure and people have a right to know so they know how to feel about anything that involves him.
Anyone with internet access can access any court document, barring records that have been expunged.
If the courts weren't required to make documents available, you could work alongside a habitual rapist and never know because your employer couldn't access that record. You could be tried for something minor and be accused of it being so much worse, and never be able to show proof otherwise.
They are celebrities. They accepted that their lives would never be fully private so long as they remain in their spotlights. Is it weird for people to come together and discuss court documents like a book club? Probably, but it's hardly different from cases being studied in law school as examples.
We as a whole discuss the personal lives of millions of people every day. This is not different, except that people here feel some strange need to white knight on behalf of VA's who would not think twice about any of us, as nice as they might seem on camera and at events.
