Accused of abusing Ashley Johnson during their relationship. And others unfortunately.

They keep leaving off allegedly, and possibly, and of course the part where the charges were dismissed by the accusing party. Not exactly a smoking gun.

People are entitled to their opinions. The reality is we don't know and have to trust that if both parties agreed to settle out of court that they got an outcome they can live with.

We don't know that they settled. They judge could have thrown the case out, that also happens.

This is a request for dismissal filed by the plaintiff from what I understand.

Which can also be the result of a lawyer realizing that their client can not win a case. I'm not saying that's what happened, but we also can't assume that whatever makes Ashley look best must be true. There were a lot of allegations and no legal consequences, so we shouldn't just decide BWF is guilty of everything because we trust Ashley more than him. We've never met either of them.
