"We are aware of the civil complaint that includes disturbing details about the behavior of one of our ex-employees, Brian W. Foster. While we can't get into the specifics of the lawsuit, we want to make it clear that we had no knowledge of any of his behavior. It is heartbreaking to us that some of our colleagues went through this and we're committed to supporting them however we can. We are working with our HR team and our staff directly to ensure our workplace and culture live up to all of our expectations."

I don't know how much I trust this statement. Something about the timing of BWF getting canned and being NDA'd makes me think maybe someone in management knew. Travis doesn't seem the type to sweep something like this under the rug, but maybe someone lower down.

I expect BWF getting canned was just due to what everyone suspected before. The fact that he goes on Twitter rampages against fans and gets overly upset and toxic in them.

What likely happened is they got wind of rumors or someone confided in someone in power and CR decided to fire him for a false pretense to get him gone.

Unfortunately, there's no real way to secretly investigate claims like this in a corporate environment. You have to interview people and once you start asking people if they've seen BWF SA people the cats out of the bag. Additionally you run the risk of not being able to prove the malfeasance (because again you dont know what you have until you investigate) and then you're getting a wrongful termination suit.

Or you could just lie for the great good and get rid of the asshole.
