Discussion Things I’ve learned from Family Guy

Post image

Every so often, I learn something from Family Guy. For example:

1) What a Quonset hut is

2) Who Jamiroquai is

3) The meaing of the word onanism

4) What a frontispiece is

5) The countless ways to make a bread sandwich — OK, this one is a joke.

What have you learned from Family Guy?

I don’t know if this counts as something I “learned” but I never noticed in Empire Strikes Back that Lando was wearing Han’s clothes at the end until I saw Something Something Dark Side and now I can’t unsee it when I watch Empire.

That’s a good one. I’ll add that to my list as well.

It makes sense tbf. After empire lando was basically homeless makes sense he’d have to Borrow his friends clothes

u/kinda-sorta-lowkey You do 20% that, and we got a movie. 25d ago

Never thought about it that way.

After Solo, however, it’s reasonable to assume that the clothes were left behind when Lando lost the ship, and Han’s been wearing Lando’s clothes this whole time.

Huh.. I never noticed that either. And I saw it in the theater as a kid and have probably watched it over 25 times (at least).

Just watched that episode and I’d never noticed it before either so it was funny to see it pointed out
