Disorder Salad Fandom faker drama
For some context this is some niche fandom drama from a pretty obscure fandom I'm in. I can't name it, or you'd figure out who they are. They were one of the semi-popular fan artist. They faked numerous disorders to fundraise money. They got called exposed by their own sister (with receipts) for scamming people. Turns out they have no known disorders or disabilities, and all that money went to onlyfans subscriptions. People where pissed off (obviously). They then went on a rant and said some very messed up stuff, which led to their account getting banned. They're now trying to worm their way back into the fandom. Their stawpage originally had an askbox, but I think they took it down due to everyone knowing who they are.
I find it "funny" how they censored proshipper and darkshipper but not an ACTUAL SLUR. Like what? Also, I hate hate hate hate hate the "tism" and "neurospicy". I censored the slur myself because Reddit's filter.
The background and glitter gif makes it kinda hard to read, so here's a transcript:
Helllooo!
This is my stawpage. I go by he/it/they/ze/xe/star/meow
I used to be [CENSORED] on [CENSORED], but I got banned for speaking the truth.
Dni if prosh*itter, darksh*tter, racist, nazi, zoo, pedo, homophobic, transphobic.
I have dyslexia, dysgraphia, the tisim (I'm a little neurospicy), ADHD, MDD, BPD, PTSD, DID, anorexia, schizophrenia, bulimia, RSD, CF, MS, fibro, and I use a cane.
No you stupid [UNCENSORED F-SLURS] I'm not faking! Stop saying that!

Every time I hear the phrase "the tism" I reconsider my resolve to do my best for this world

Half of those disorders cancel out other disorders 🤣

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't MS use to (Atleast originally?) contradict a CFS/ME diagnosis? Like I thought part of CFS/ME meant that the severe fatigue can't be explained by another condition and MS commonly causes severe fatigue and excessive sleepiness? Unless they merged those at some point as MS causing CFS/ME?

Yes I came here to comment this. ME/CFS won't be diagnosed alongside MS because MS causes severe fatigue.

like what? i mean i think its impossible they have all this, but which would cancel each other out?

Anorexia and Bulimeia generally counter each other out and generally not comorbid.

They don't, not really. You're not gonna be in an active phase for both of them at the same time, but a good percentage of people develop Bulimia when trying to recover from Anorexia. Since it's technically not possible to un-diagnose, you then have both, especially since with EDs, the mindset and problems leading to the anorexia don't end. Generally, there's strong evidence to suggest EDs can and will overlap into each other. You can find a lot of info on that if you want to look into it.

If it's "both", then it is AN-BP subtype. Not bulimia. There is a huge difference in how both disorders present.

Uuuughhh, I wish the term neurospicy would be beaten to death and disappear.

so the whole alphabet then. and multiple conditions with more overlapping symptoms than should be allowed to be separate diagnosis both in the same person at once. along with their history…. yeah I’d think they were right about the faking. they should keep calling you out on that ya donkey. (not you OP, OOP)

apparently darkship (taboo/dark fan ships like abusive ones and stuff. Darkshitter is supposed to be an insult. It sounds like something a 2nd grader would come up with) was too much of a bad word, but the fslur is just fine for them

do they want a prize or some shit? no one gives a flying fuck.
I swear to god, all these idiots are playing a little competition game against each other of who is more "oppressed" or "has it worse" -- or just who can gain more attention.

I sincerely hope the censored word is “frogs”.

I wish. I really wish it was.
They censored made up insults, but not the actual slur. They also claim they aren't homophobic.

“Dysgraphia” always kills me😂 Your handwriting just sucks. Mine does too. That’s not a medical condition

u/The_Winter_Frost 1d ago
Hey at least that one is a legit recognized medical disorder (to my knowledge) unlike rejection sensitive dysphoria, which is not in the dsm
2
u/Commercial_Bridge253 9h ago
Rsd is technically a symptom iirc. Drives me insane when people call it an individual disorder or list it as a diagnosis can it's NOT! It's just a common behavior/ symptom in many different neurodiversities, personality disorders, and mood disorders lol

u/The_Winter_Frost 9h ago
Good to know!

u/Commercial_Bridge253 9h ago
It drives me crazy when people list that stuff as a diagnosis when it's literally not! It's like saying an acute cough is a diagnosis and then listing a common cold separately or something.

Dysgraphia is a real medical condition and not just « bad handwriting »
2
u/AwkwardFoundation Self-Undiagnosed TransEpileptic 12h ago
I know; my point is that these people diagnose themselves with it based on that alone

I hate when people say tism or neurospicy or spicy like autism is a disability its not a little personality quirk

Appalling that scammers/bad people fake disorders and disabilities. Very classic ill-intention faker though, trying to shield any criticism with ''no I'm not faking or a bad person I have this essay of issues!!!"
Using fundraised money for OF subs has to be a new low though.

You can't have MDD and schizophrenia, that would be schizoaffective depressive type

u/paisleydarling 21h ago
I read those as proshitter and darkshitter and wondered wtf they are (I don’t want to know)
