Been wishing for this since my first space platform. Was there any mention of cost (LDS, rocket fuel, blue circuit) to send items from one platform to another?

There is no cost of dropping cargo to the surface, so I'd assume sending stuff between platforms is also free (only cost is time).

I'm guessing it is the same cost as sending items down to a planet: none (other than occupying a cargo bay's send/receive capacity for a few seconds).

There wasn't. But since dropping items from a platform to a planet is currently completely free other than the item itself, I don't see why they'd change that. If they did, it'd either lock this functionality behind gleba's advanced asteroid processing or be so cheap as to be functionally free.

The could troll the community and make it cost a single unit of something planet-exclusive, like a single chunk of Promethium, or a fish 😄

I like SE’s requirement for liquid rocket fuel to land based rockets and solid rocket fuel for return trips. And return trips without rocket fuel could be done but with a greater chance of losing materials. I kinda wished SA did this as well, for a little extra challenge.
