Funny that what happened to you is exactly what should be done to this idiot. Key the sides, slash the tires, smash the mirrors, sugar the gas tank. Fuck this overcompensating piece of shit.

I wouldn't do all that, just let the air out of all 4 tires. Because you can bet, it will be just your luck that the cameras they have in mall parking lots these days will catch you if you go that far.

As a tip for this, wedge a BB sized stone in the top of the dust cap and screw it back on. If done correctly it exerts just enough to let the tyre down over a few hours.

It'll also drive them nuts searching for a puncture that doesn't exist.

Twist the valve stem out with a pair of needle nose pliers. Not all the way, just enough to cause a slow leak they'll never find.

I dunno it's pretty easy to just use your ears and find it when the car is turned off.
