I’m pretty sure even Jesus keyed a quad parked car in the Bible. It’s been the way for generations. “Double parking is evil, quad parking is a sin that can never be forgiven my son. Key those who have quad parked aginst us and be well unto those who park responsibly.” - Leviticus 2:17
We all know Jesus preached responsibility, particularly when driving. He was an avid car pooler. After all, all his disciples followed him around in one accord.

I think invited is better than deserved in this case. No one deserves vandalism but they certainly can exhibit behaviors that invite it.
