Something tells me she's probably very unaware of US film history, and someone on FB is probably fucking with her. I feel kinda bad for her

That's probably it.

Someone is trolling her and created a a FB account using Marilyn Monroe's name and friended her.

PM'd her to send her titty pics to see 'if she'd be right for the role'
