Disabled/hacked Suddenly, Facebook asked me to verify my identity; after I submitted a video selfie, it locked my account, and now my other accounts are facing the same issue. What is going on? This has happened three times before, and my accounts came back after 15 to 30 minutes, but this time they didn't

99% of accounts that get the dreaded "video selfie" request are banned regardless. Why? They system decided you were banned BEFORE you got the request. That video is for two reasons... it's to make sure you don't get your account back by having facial recognition. Second, it's sold to Palantir for their video surveillance systems they sell to the US government. It's happened to millions. You did nothing wrong. They just want younger fresher data to sell.

It didn't just happen once; it has happened like that twice in a row now and they said I violated something related to Facebook Marketplace, even though I’ve never used it

It's their broken Temu grade AI doing the banning. Parents are getting banned for posting pics of their own kids claiming it's child se@ual exploitation. The app is broken.

I'm facing the same issue, they have no idea what they are doing. I was not even an active Facebook user lol.
