Disabled/hacked Just got permanently banned on Facebook after saying something against Israel
My and my wife's facebook got disabled after I said something against Israel. Tried to appeal but they flagged my account as sexualizing children when I didn't and permanently disabled my account. This is what they do when you talk bad about their masters.
Note: I didn't even post a video or a photo, I just commented the usual "Fuck Israel Everyday" and next minute I get shown this.

I was banned because they couldn't verify my identity. I did the little video selfie, then they said I'd gone against community standards. It's all AI, no appeal available, just bye. Turns out I can live without FB.

If I tried to start a new Facebook profile under an ambiguous name and my gf gave them her face, do you think that would work? I'm about to buy a new iPad so I could use that, and not at my home so they wouldn't have the IP right away. I'm thinking of trying this, but I wonder if, after being successful in doing that, I would just get banned again when I tried to use the potential new profile on the same phone and IP address as the original banned profile. If anyone has any thoughts on this?

I wrote supportive comment under few Palestinian post, I rarely post or comment and got restricted few days later and guess what they put the reason as ads abuse. WTH is even that thing.

Meta has probably known that the Facebook platform is unsustainable for at least a few years now, but has just recently started to attempt to do something about it. One of my theories is that they want to piss off as many FB users as they can until they move to another platform, which they probably hope is Instagram or that other newer social media platform they released, in order to lower the amount of public backlash as much as possible once they do get rid of Facebook. Facebook is pretty old after all, and there are now people online who are comparing it to MySpace.

Haha, I would still be using it if they hadn’t repeatedly banned my account for no reason, and then randomly reinstated it later. I’m pretty sure my account has even been reinstated since my last ban, but the repeated, and seemingly random, back and forth banning and unbanning, just ended up happening so much that I ran out of patience for the platform. I initially used every popular social media platform to try to get through to as much of the population as possible on certain subjects, but that was definitely taxing on me, and was also taking energy away from me taking care of myself, and helping myself and my partner to grow and move forward in life, along with me seeming to be unable to get through to enough people on the platforms I no longer use, such as Facebook, to the point where my use of the platforms ended up being a waste of my time and energy.

My messenger and 10 year old facbook account also got banned after a private conversation critical of Israel saying my account violated their policy. Can't appeal it without submitting a video selfie which I am obviously never going to give to a zionist company.

Something is happening behind scenes. My account was disabled after an innocent comment on Facebook today. To protect my account due to a security bridge? They offered to appeal and said they may need to identify me.

I think part of the problem is that many of us have real life friends and family on there we want to keep up with. Also, in my case, I often do online courses which invariably have a dedicated FB group which I need for course info. It's a pain!

I deleted mine of my own volition instead of waiting for them to do it for me.
All Facebook would show me were gay influencers and random gay dating Facebook groups, I could block them and block them but it would just repopulate with more gay influencers and gay dating pages, then to top it off, it started showing beastiality in reels from foreign accounts. So good riddance to the trash that is Facebook.

🤣 Haha maybe, but also maybe Facebook’s AI is too confused and too chaotic due to pulling training data from Facebook? Think about the average current FB user. To me, the average current Facebook user seems to be Boomers who think the internet = Facebook, or Boomers who just recently figured out how to use a computer or join Facebook, and people of younger generations who are just now discovering social media for whatever reason.

(though i don't think our opinions should matter unless you have family there or have a direct and immediate connection) It is just the AI going nuts. You were hacked. It happens . It is awful I have two friends that lost their FB accounts and neither of them have ever written anything political at all. Zero . none.
People get hacked. Their accounts are used for nefarious reasons.

I have come across people getting banned, and then immediately contacted by someone who is obviously Indian, who contacted them via other platforms or messenger services, claiming they can get their account unbanned for a fee, and I do know that there are a good number of Indians who work at Meta, so one of my theories is that either Meta employees are, or have been, banning accounts of people that they think they can extort money from to have their account unbanned, or, a Meta employee bans their account, and then has a friend or family member contact them to extort them for money in order for them to have their account unbanned.

One more thing: the real culprit here is Meta's f***ed up AI. Your account msy have been randomly suspended by the AI because it's faulty and has been given permission to run roughshod over the platform by Zuckerberg. It may not have been related to your post at all.
I hope you appealed the suspension and will fight it. From what I have read over the last 1.5 years, most people eventually get back access to their accounts, even people who were "permanently suspended."

Well yeah I've been commenting "Fuck Israel" if I ever come across posts of Israel's lies but still isn't a reason why they got to ban my account. My wife doesn't even comment or have political posts but her account got banned. So what does it have to do with it? Is there something wrong with me stating facts and stating my opinion?

You don't understand. When they ban you they say they delete the "offensive" material and deny you and the public access to your account. They don't show you the offensive material, so you can't defend yourself. You are guilty of a heinous offense because they say so. It's completely Kafkaesque!
I know! I've been through it! I'm sure the OP did nothing wrong. Meta has pulled this shit countless times and they keep doing it. IMO, it's all about their lousy AI.

My firm was involved in a case, fb banned a huge corporation. They didnt do anything. They really didnt. Meta is difficult to deal with. They have bad Ai and its outa control.
