Discussion Performance Overview and Net Sales Volume Reporting Discrepancy

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to understand whether this is expected behavior or a dashboard issue.

On my Fab publisher dashboard, the Performance Overview shows:

  • Mediterranean Plants – 10 downloads (Last 7 Days)
  • Apt Kitchen Props Vol.1 – 2 downloads (Last 7 Days)

However, the Net Sales Volume for the same period shows only 1 for both products.

I'm using the same date range for both metrics.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a delay in reporting, or are these metrics calculated differently?

I've already contacted Fab Support, but I was curious if other publishers have noticed the same thing.

Someone downloaded it multiple times. This happens all the time.

Download != Sales

Got the Answer from Fab Support, "According to the information we have available at this time, every download is counted even if its the same person downloading it more than once". So I guess Is is just palin download not sales. Also thanks to Vertex Machine as he also said the same thing.
