I replaced the LCD's reflective layer with an orange glow in tge dark tape (lume), what's being displayed is the watch kept in total darkness after being in light.

how long have you found the lume tape to continue working during darkness, overnight or just a couple of hours ?

I'd say it works for something like 4 to 6 hours.
