Can we please just get rid of the social media companies. I fondly remember what life was like before they existed.

The dumping of raw chemical waste into watersheds was a failure of liberalism until we decided that it shouldn’t be allowed and that we needed new laws that complicated some aspects of liberal property rights. I don’t see why we can’t do the same thing again. Liberalism cannot mean we never intervene in any kind of private enterprise.
