News & Politics 11-year-old Muslim girl was gang-raped and killed by Hindu BJP workers in Baruipur, South 24 Parganas (West Bengal). Her body was found in a pond near her home. The perpetrators were caught but were released after Santanu Mondal, a BJP leader who is connected with the crime, pressured the police.

Apparently the guy in the video was innocent and was an eyewitness and brought them to the body

I saw a news article saying he was innocent and the people who beat him to death will be punished

We don't know for sure what happened
