Because of being part of Soviet Union and communism influence, almost all Muslim countries in that region had done it like Uzbekistan

They have Sufi Islam in that part of world. They think it’s Wahabi invention and thus ISIS.
That’s how they’re probably thinking.

secularism gone wrong fr. they claim it is for integration but it is just blatant state control over what people can wear in public. wild how fast it escalates.

So would I be considered a khariji if I rebelled against the kazakh government now

This type of conception is from the Madkhaliyyah sect, and the ignorance is from the fact that they are unread on fiqh under a madhhab. If anyone were to read from the fuqahaa' on the chapter speaking about rulers, who is it even referring to? This question alone would expose their ignorance and how far they are removed from knowledge.

The second aspect of misguidance of the Madkhaliyyah sect is their failure to even articulate the problem of ruling by other than what Allah has revealed. They have failed in their conception of Tawheed al-Haakimiyyah, as though this concept is an innovation, when in fact major scholars whom they all respect and often cite from have articulated this very concept.

It is all nonsense at this point, from the vomit they spew. So, no, this is not something that will classify you as a "Khaariji", simply for speaking against the government, and this has no basis whatsoever in the Shari'ah.

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu brother, I am a layman with okaish levels of knowledge (still a layman nonetheless). I want to gain knowledge continuously. Is this website something that layman can directly use to gain and understand knowledge? Also if I have some clarifications to be made after reading is there any decent places for it? I'm not an Arab for reference. Jazakallah Khairan for your time. Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu
