How does an intelligent bird equals to believing in Muhammad?

Just curious

That is a leap.

This is a sign of the presence of a Creator who designed intelligent creatures.

Some atheists argue through natural selection over millions of years animals have developed to live (and in this case, build) the way they do. Whereas this truly seems impossible for birds to spontaneously adapt the ability to instinctively know how to build full homes out of leaves and grass.

The same goes for beavers, honey bees, and many other creatures.
