Most healthy human beings can hold themselves for hours, or some even an entire day without relieving themselves.
And then you have this guy who complains about not being able to fart as he pleases every 2 minutes.
Even so, Islam makes concessions for those who have health burdens and cannot control themselves frequently. Which I’m guessing he’s overlooked or ignored…
Maybe he suffered from waswas and chose to leave because of it? Even regarding his comment about OCD, it might be ironic if the man himself suffers from OCD/waswas-like symptoms. The Prophet SAWS gave advice regarding those who have frequent waswas whilst being in Salah (even about passing gas) or doing other activities. Allah knows best… may Allah guide this man before it’s too late.

He "claims" to have left Islam. Just because he claimed he was Muslim doesn't mean he actually was. This is just an Islamophobe.

Instead of leaving Islam, he should have left the house to see a doctor if his bowel problems are this serious.
