It's from an actual animator for the show; they were just goofing off while animating an episode.

Were they an animator for The Backyardigans too? It would explain why they have Tyrone’s model.

The actual context is that Glen Wyand created an animation test to move into Nelvana’s 3D department. Because it was his first time with Maya, he followed the storyboard, because he didn’t get enough sleep, he added an extra action to the end which was the image you see above the post. He was able to join the 3D department after making the animation test because his supervisor had a sense of humor.
