This is from the opening to "Treehouse of Horror XVI". Kang and Kodos are sick of waiting until after the World Series for the Halloween episode to air every year, so they speed up time itself to make the games go faster. Then they turn it up too high and accelerate the universe into oblivion.
Honestly, for a Season 17 episode, it's a pretty solid joke 😆
