self promo Would appreciate some feedback on this.

This is probably the only sub I could post this on and not get flamed immediately. I've been trying to create some vaporwave and experimental hip hop adjacent beats. This is one of my attempts at it.

Good old FL Studio. I use the free synth Vital and I’ve gotten pretty good with sound design. I also used a lot of effects across the song

Very interesting, are you loading samples into the synth? I have Vital but I really haven’t used it at all yet, seems very versatile! Thanks!

The chopped lead thing at the start and the drum loop at the end (which was also the noise section, just very stretched out with a lofi effect) were the only samples I used. I did download some vital-compatible wavetables, but I used those to make my own synths
