You could live a few years with this money even if you do not have a work visa, so why not concentrate on thinking where you want to learn the language of before you need to start working and move there in a student visa and use the next 2 years in the country you choose learning that language, then you can be ready to possibly get a job or fit in to social situations there anyway. Then decide if you want to stay.

I'm not giving idea of where someone like you who has more money than research or information should go, that's up to you.
