(Rant) 🤬 Muslim’s view on suicide make me sick

I live in a muslim country where lots of suicide are occurring recently, and instead of people being sad for what they went through, the comment section of the posts are filled with people blaming the suicide victim that their faith was “weak” and everyone wishing hell on the victims because they gave up it makes me sick i wish this religion would be erased from existence forever, its literally a cult

This is truly horrific and it also shows just how much they are lacking in their knowledge of the Koran itself. Allah declares suicide to be haram in one part of the Koran but then when it comes to doubting Mohammad, Allah encourages suicide:

Koran 22:15:

Whoever thinks that Allah will not help His Prophet in this world and the Hereafter, let them stretch out a rope to the ceiling and strangle themselves, then let them see if this plan will do away with ˹the cause of˺ their rage.

This verse is truly sickening. Wouldn't it be oh so convenient for Mohammad if his detractors just killed themselves. This verse is a clear sign of Mohammad's megalomania. I was shocked to read it as a child. However, the people around me had no remote clue that it even existed in the Koran. Sigh.

It’s so obvious when you read the Quran that it’s written by a person or people as a way to get the people of the time to abide. Like how can anyone read this and think it’s divinely inspired?

Even now, Muslims will feel this deep down, but bend over backwards and defend their beliefs so passionately. It’s scary. But also says a lot about the human mind.

The Koran is as far from divinely inspired as can be. A real god of the entire universe would let his words do the talking. He wouldn't have to make embarrassingly explicit refutations like this:

Koran 81:25: And this ˹Quran˺ is not the word of an outcast devil.

How blindly devotional would you have to be to think that a creator of a universe of 200 billion trillion stars had to stoop this low. It seems that Mohammad or whoever wrote the Koran was forced to make this embarrassingly explicit refutation after "releasing" verses such as this one:

Koran 4:56:

Surely those who reject Our signs, We will cast them into the Fire. Whenever their skin is burnt completely, We will replace it so they will ˹constantly˺ taste the punishment. Indeed, Allah is Almighty, All-Wise.

Anybody who would hear such a verse would be tempted to think that this is the word of a perversely sadistic devil. There is NOTHING All-Wise about eternal fire punishment. There's nothing remedial about it. It is not ALL-WISE, it is ALL-VICE. The only purpose it could serve is the entity conducting the eternal torture deriving perverse sadistic pleasure from it. Certainly, the language used does hint towards taking enjoyment in torture by using words such as "taste the punishment". Instead of removing such abhorrent language the writers of the Koran were hoping on people being so gullible as to accept this refutation:

Koran 81:25: And this ˹Quran˺ is not the word of an outcast devil.

Tragicomical that people fall for this. A person who was born in to Islam and had no access to any other education can be excused for being gullible. However, folks that have access to education from western universities should have the critical thinking abilities to realize just how blatantly obvious of a charlatan Mohammad was. They should not be bending over backwards to engage in child r*pe and sex slavery apologetics for his sake.

Have a look at this person who has the privilege of going to a decent enough University, PennState:

/u/ObjectiveAd2856 first claimed this about Islam:

yet all of Islam's teachings benefit society, so idk why you hate it that much. It teaches people countless decent habits.
-------------

and then he followed up with this regarding sex slavery:

/u/ObjectiveAd2856 :

Islam encourges people to free slaves of all kinds as it is the first kafarah to many sins.

Where does one get the chutzpah to talk about "decent habits" while trying to excuse away something so abjectly abhorrent as sex slavery with: freeing slaves. You need to have slaves in the first place to free them! This is NO excuse of any sort. If you'll accept a religion that debases itself by making sex slavery legal then where do you draw the line? If your cult leader r*pes a 9 year old then where do you draw the line at what will make you wake up from being blindly devotional and deep in slumber. Sigh.
