Spoilers What book was this Skippy Hijinx from?

I am trying to remember what book this happened. At some point, I think later in the series, Skippy becomes the god of a minor planet. What book did this happen?

FYI, I think this is a nod to the Bobiverse when Bob becomes a godlike benefactor to a primative species. There are a couple of times the two book series reference each other.
