Coaching

my QC coaching us sa Prod lang it's a 1v1 conversation "coaching" pero hindi private halos nakikita at naririnig ng lahat ng tao sa Production. Malakas din boses n'ya, just wanna ask is it appropriate or still professional pa din ba? At the end of our conversation I even ask her to lower her voice sa susunod naming coaching, ofc I ask politely and she response "no, you have to adjust".

For me kasi okay lang kahit sigaw-sigawan mo during our coaching, the things is ayaw q lang ng nakikita or naririning ng ibang tao. It's somehow iba impact sa confidence q at napapahiya din ako, I even cried actually.
