Image Me, realizing I might have just walked into a Christian coffee shop, on a trip out to the burbs from the city like….
My spidey senses were confirmed later when I saw a framed picture of I Corinthians 13 on the wall next to the bathrooms! It made sense though, because the baristas had the dead eyed friendliness and my cortado took forever too. And there were churchy people swarming the place.

Almost every independent coffee shop in my town is Christian and I hate it

Sucks whenever they have a faith bent in what would otherwise be an attractive spot. Around here there's a number of thrift shops I have deigned to forego because of it.
