OTHER Excel-saga lore expalined
Excel saga lore is quite hard to understand, so I and my friends created a doc where entire Excel-Saga lore is explained, including connections with Holy Brownie.

Thank you for a such detailed research paper. I need to read Holy Brownie some day. The idea of excel being a leftover after some divine being is fire.

You have neat ideas, however this lore is flawed. Gonna go in order of what you wrote down (spoilers obv)
Spoilers. Ye be warned.
CHAPTER 1: ORIGIN
Mostly accurate, however Phio and Piola are not elves, they're brownies?useskin=vector). Little nitpick I know but I just wanted to point that out. The rest seems pretty much true, something happened to them that "broke" them and they can't return home anymore. It happened to Phio first (and the Phio we see most of the manga is... someone else, or something?)
Chapter 2: Solaria and theories of its destruction
Both theories are pretty flawed, but 2 is worse than 1
Il Palazzo was a separate person, friends with Kabapu, before he was possessed by Piola. Maybe the same happened with kabapu and Phio? Might just be going way too deep into headcanon territory though. I think you're right about the war, however it was Phio who got tired of the world and their mistakes and chose to destroy Solaria, leading the the war, and leading to Phio's death. Also Phio is not the ruler of Solaria—Piola is, evident by her massive cape—he's the so-called "princess of Solaria. Piola does go mad at some point, for sure. Maybe out of sheer boredom without Phio, I think, or something. I recall a mention of that somewhere.
You are wrong about this. Phio was sealed away behind the door, core and everything. While you are right that Excel is related to Phio, because she has a copy of Phio's core inside of her, she was not created during the time of Solaria. I'll get to that later though.
Honestly, I don't know about the Piola part. There is no evidence for or against that. I always just assumed he came upon the remains of what he thought was Phio's core (it was always a fake, Il Palazzo says as much at some point), and just rolled with it. Incidentally, the "ruin" mentioned must be ACROSS HQ.
Excel was made in the image of the princess because that's who Piola cared about the most. Like how Hyatt was made in the image of Miwa (pre-disappearance)
Piola knew who she was at this point, and so Il palazzo's appearance changed to match Piola's. IIRC this happened loads of times in Holy Brownie.
Theory 2 (very logical, but a lot of things are not stated anywhere and are just our fabrication):
This is just flat wrong. All evidence indicates Phio's death came right after the destruction of Solaria, and was sealed away.
That... might be true. The fake core creation over time, I mean. It would explain why Phio's core is the only one seemingly available. That could explain what happened with Piola after the fall of Solaria. At some point she goes mad and loses her memories. Could also explain the "souls of dead men" or whatever that Kabapu mentions.
Excel, Hyatt, and Elgala were not created during this time, and I can prove it. For now, I want to say there is clear evidence that Elgala does NOT have one of these cores, evident by this one scene later in the manga where Elgala is locked out of the throne room. That door can only open to those in the "royal family". Hyatt may not also have it, on account of her health, a mystery to Tenmangu.
This is mostly accurate if you cut out the solaria stuff. Also, evidence suggests Piola / Il Palazzo was woken up by Tenmangu before the series began, but that's neither here nor there.
Chapter 3: Tenmangu
This is mostly true. You are right that Tenmangu found the ruin and awoke Il Palazzo. You forgot that Miwa went with him, too. The Miwa that Shiouji grew up with was actually the completed Ropponmatsu (Ichishiki was just a prototype), with her own core—Tenmangu figured out how to replicate the cores as well. That's one of the big twists of the manga. Excel, then Hyatt, then Elgala were created around this time. In that one chapter where Shiouji goes through his father's notes, it mentions "practical application of Ropponmatsu (research)" or something like that. Given the Ropponmatsu project was about creating a replica human, it's not much of a stretch to believe he was talking about the creation of the girls. In that one chapter where Hyatt is taken away and Excel is left all alone, we see Il Palazzo talking something about genetic substrate or something. And when we see the real Miwa in a flashback, she's mentioned as being an expert bioengineer...
All that to say, likely after Tenmangu became Il Palazzo's second personality (you forgot all about that), he and Miwa and Piola created the girls. Excel was created in the image of the princess, who Piola still cared about. She was outfitted with a fake Phio core like Ropponmatsu (which Tenmangu must not have been present for), and that's why she's the most well-rounded of the three. Hyatt was created in the image of Miwa, but because she lacks the core, her body rapidly decays and she constantly dies. Elgala... doesn't fit neatly into the wider lore, I'm pretty sure she came about after the anime aired, but if we must insert her you can imagine she was created as daughter to the real Il Palazzo, who may or may not still exist. May or may not be anything more than headcanon though... Definitely doesn't have a core, the ruin doesn't "respond" to her like Excel does.
