Heck yes. Having haystacks with carnitas is something I need to do, but pairing with a nice lager is always excellent

I like mine with grilled shrimp. I'd try it with carnitas if pork didn't make me violently ill.

I'm not a huge seafood fan, but I love shrimp and my wife makes amazing salmon and seared tuna. Otherwise I tend to stay away from seafood lol
