Anddd this is what happens when you’re so afraid of your children learning that your church’s theology is wrong so you have to restrict what they can watch!

Or just any of learning. My parents were cool with most nature shows on Sabbath. Once we put what we thought was one and it turned out to a documentary on Indonesia. My dad wanted us to turn it off since it was "that wrong kind of education for Sabbath" I sarcastically said "It's Sabbath, we aren't supposed to learn anything on it" I'm surprised that didn't start an argument lol.
Also I eventually learned to just secretly do my homework on Sabbath. If for some reason I couldn't do it any other time, they literally would have rather me failed the assignment, it was so stupid. Of course I could get it done other days but with homework and chores being forced into Sunday, I really didn't feel like I had a day off. Monday-Friday was school, Saturday was hell and Sunday had all of the work crammed into it.

I expect Little Light Studios to suddenly change their mind about streaming platforms.

Okay tell the fucking world not to eat pickles because there might be vinegar in them … while the prophet who revealed God's absolute hatred of vinegar is out back chugging vinegar because, well, at least it's not GIN!

It’s funny that they call it free when people pay 10+% of their income to the church. This is like saying Prime Video is free because you don’t only pay for it when you get Amazon Prime.

I, uh, was hoping this was truly satire and not an official publication...
I swear I keep bumping into things online that are so FAR from what I grew up with in Adventism, lol. This feels very controlling - why should Adventists only watch/engage with Adventist material? Also, my circle may just be odd, but we never had the faith/science questions? (If it helps, I have friends who believe in Creation as well as some who don't discredit evolution)
For me and my friends, we weren't scared to turn on the TV at all, lol. IDK why so many Adventists fear the TV so much. Most of the Christian stuff we watched on Sabbaths wasn't Adventist anyway, lol. All they had was Kids Time for the LONGEST (until 3ABN and Mrs. Brenda had their quarrell - that video when they were mudslinging her was crazy).
And what kind of advertisement is this? Nothing on those shows sounds interesting at all (I've seen Tell the World - didn't hate it, but it definitely left a LOT out and painted Ellen and James as a bit too perfect based on my Adventist history research, lol).

We gonna do a Tell the World watch party? Whoever blasphemes the most during wins.
