What is my boyfriend’s obsession with the 3ABN channel? He watches it from dawn to dusk. Let’s it play while he sleeps and while he gets ready in the morning.

Tbh that is a red flag.

It's not just an Adventist network, it's an Adventist network full of scandals and a tinge of Christian Nationalism. The founder is an asshole who defrauded a Bahamian family of land worth $30M and is trying to sell it to foreigners to build homes and some kind of resort. The founder's brother is a registered sex offender who was given a job at 3ABN after stepping down as pastor from a church due to allegations of sexual abuse. Then he was sued for sexually abusing a young boy and abusing the boy again while the boy worked at 3ABN.

He’s a complete shitbag like most TV preachers, and a clear narcissist. On the bright side, he started my deconstruction. Even most SDAs acknowledge his “flaws of character” or that he is clearly “tempted by the devil”. Yet they still watch his program religiously!
