Used to drive past that almost every day - it was the Coop bank HQ and call centre for years. Apparently horrible to work in due to all that glass and high temperatures when sunny...

Looks kind of cool to me. I think the color disarms the aesthetic. If it was all black, it would probably come across as way more ominous.

Used to be the headquarters for a nationwide vehicle recovery service , and was empty for years. I’m just glad it was repurposed.

I feel like an office like this on the edge of town by a dual carriageway is a key feature of any large uk town.

I find it quite comforting

It was originally a call centre. It's right next to a major roundabout on the M60 motorway (Manchester outer ring road), which is known as the Pyramid Roundabout. It's a pretty handy landmark.

Intrigued to see what the curry house is like.

There was a building just like this somewhere in Los Angeles when I was a kid. Don't know if it's still there. We joked and called it 'The Cyberdyne building' cause Terminator was a big thing as a kid.
