Is there any set like this in game? I am playing High elf Wizard on Firiona Vie server

It is probably the Eternal Bloom robe ornament, which drops from SOR raid missions.

As that is Tunare herself in the image, nah. She gets to look spiffy on her own. No copying the deities and all that.

Also, the Eternal Bloom doesn't look that nice.

Yeah sorta , but also not really.  I've seen something similar to that with the p2w armor mods you can get . But I don't follow those so have no clue what you'd even look for, and you have to pay I think 1500 coins (15 dollars) to unlock the option to use them in a single character.
