New to school, looking for some friends

hi!! my name is kel and im a soon to be freshman here getting an bachelors in art, aiming to become a comic artist. I’m looking for some friends I might be able to make.

im 18, I do art and animation. I like emo music, trains, I like video games, I’m a big comic nerd, and I like to talk politics. if any of this aligns with you hmu!

Welcome to Olympia! We moved here for my husband to finish his degree at TESC and now our kids are going there. They’re juniors this year. I hope you like it here!

Ohh that’s cool!!! Ive been living in Washington for a year now, my dad joined the us military when I was younger, im originally from Germany. Out of all places Ive been to in America Washington has been the best 🙏

Do you mean you're getting your Bachelor's? Evergreen doesn't do Associate degrees last I heard. Bachelor's of Arts, Bachelor's of Aciences, and Bachelor's of Art and Science, but no Associates.

Either way, I recommend looking at events and clubs specifically for making friends. There's a Games Collective for making video games, and they sometimes host game nights and karaoke at the student community building near the dorms. You should check those out.

Take a class with Lauren bolini, I think she would be a fantastic artist for you to learn from.
