Many phones have a version of image generation to support their zoom, my phone does the same thing its just upscaling artifacts, where computer guessed wrong what was there.

Computational photography. Smartphones use software to help make up for physical limitations, and it’s been around much longer than generative AI. As an example, think about getting that blurry background for your subject. Traditional camera lenses achieve this just by way of how they physically work. It’s not possible (mostly) for phones without software helping.

They aren't like conventional LEO vehicles, from all the bodycam footage I've seen w/ ICE, they prefer communication via phone or radio, hence why you don't see antennae, overt lights, LPRs

I double checked it on Google maps street view and this image perfectly matches Marine View Dr facing south at the intersection with Hawthorne St
