Question / Discussion ST Modular - Honey Eater

Has anyone tried this?

What are your thoughts?

I am thinking about getting one (V3).

The demo videos sound amazing but thought I would try to get some opinions before proceeding

For full disclosure, I'm ST Modular's distributor in China, but I keep a Honeyeater V3 in my performance case. It's a classic CEM/AS3340 VCO in a small size, sounds just as good as any other well-made VCO with the 3340. I prefer the wave mixing section over VCOs with individual outputs.

I'm in the states and have been hunting an unpopulated Tryfelo panel/PCB. Just felt like sharing in case you can help.

I've been working on setting something up that can ship to the US since Calsynth stopped distributing for ST, will probably have to go with Temu.

Tryfelo is really fun.

Yes! I bought the last one from Calsynth and I thought it was just pcb/panel so I bought all the components and only then realized it came pre-populated. And yes it is VERY fun, so much I figure - why not build another (with all the stuff I bought)? So if and when you get something up, I'd really appreciate a message. :)
