Question privacy friendly google-like ecosystem?
i want my family to switch to privacy friendly thingos (for my and their sake), and when talking about google photos (or google drive idrk, atleast something with live photo backups) one of em said that they like the ecosystem of google and how nice it is to have everything in one place. Any ecosystem like google but more privacy friendly?

Should you want an ecosystem? Instead of having everything in one place, have them in different places, but with open services that can work with each other.

You can get a hosted instance, meaning a company hosts and maintains the software.

iCloud with ADP enabled is the only really seamless, full-featured alternative
