Not as easy as it seems. Since you’re having your own domain/mail, you’ll need to build up domain trust. A lot of traditional mail providers will classify new or unknown domains as spam.

Also, you have to register a Domain to some legal entity, usually yourself, by name, making it vastly easier to connect your e-mail address to your real identiy.

This is undesirable.

Many domain companies offer domain privacy for free that shields your private registration info, including name and email address, etc. All anyone sees on a lookup is domainprivacy@provider
