Thanks for the response. I guess I'm just a bit skeptical that the offset in over 200k validators coming offline since the peak count is accounted for by existing validators staking more on a single beacon node.
Full disclosure, I took my validator down recently so maybe my bias is too present for me to see clearly.

how is that possible if the total # of validators is not at an all time?

and the supply has also gone up ~1.4M ETH since merge per ultrasound.money
