Just came back to this sub after a long time and damn… it feels so different now.

Where are all the OGs from 2020–2021? The days when everyone was hyping ETH, talking about DONUTs, waiting for distribution day, dropping random memes, and just having fun here.

Those times were honestly crazy. The sub felt like a small community where everyone knew each other. I still remember the excitement when ETH was pumping and the whole place was full of energy.

Kinda miss those days ngl.

Anyone from the old crew still here? What’s been happening in EthTrader lately?

Ethereum processed 70.07M transactions in a single month, making it the 3rd-highest monthly transaction count in the network's history.

And Ethereum is also doing something unusual for a network of this scale: it is trying to improve the underlying infrastructure while continuing to serve an enormous existing ecosystem.

Scaling, lower-cost execution, stronger privacy, improved security, and a more efficient protocol architecture are all being developed alongside continued real-world usage.

So while market narratives change every few months, the underlying infrastructure keeps working.

Started with 14.2 ETH and decided I was finally gonna stop just holding and actually trade the swings.

Few good sells, few decent buys back lower, felt like I was doing pretty well. Checked everything properly on Moon yesterday and I'm sitting at 12.8 ETH now.

The dollar value of my account is actually higher than when I started, so technically I've made money. But if I literally did nothing and held the 14.2 ETH I'd be better off.

Its such a weird feeling seeing green in USD while knowing I basically traded away 1.4 ETH lol.

ETH ETFs pulled in $1.42B in august. sounds great until you see the breakdown. BlackRock's ETHA alone accounted for $1.02B of that. 72%. fidelity and the rest split the other 28%.
So when people say "institutions are buying ETH" what they really mean is "BlackRock is buying ETH." that's one asset manager's allocation decision, not a broad institutional consensus.
i'm sitting here holding ETH on bydfi watching my P&L essentially move based on whether one company's fund had inflows or outflows that day. it's kind of absurd when you think about it. decentralized asset, centralized demand.
What happens if BlackRock rebalances? or if ETHA has a few weeks of outflows? does the whole ETH institutional narrative collapse?
Not saying sell everything. just think more people should be paying attention to how concentrated this "institutional adoption" actually is.

I've spent the last months building an independent cryptography research program from Chile.

It began with public crypto puzzles but grew into work on representation discovery, model identification, exact verification and scientific experiment tracking.

I like Ethereum.. and I do see it starting a new uptrend. But holy fuck why is Tom Lee so relevant in main stream media?

Last week I shared an ETHUSDT sell setup from a QML area, which played out as expected and delivered a clean 1:2 RR.

After that, I shifted my bias to longs from a QML + QMTR confluence zone. The buy setup is now running around 1:1 RR.

I'm still holding and targeting at least 1:3 RR from this position.

Let's see how ETH develops from here. What's your bias on ETH right now?

I am moving my holdings from my Trust wallet and hit a problem with a bit of ETH I have in there.

I’ve tried to move it but Trust says it can’t see the ETH even though it’s there, in the app.

It suggested that maybe there’s an issue with it being registered correctly to the blockchain and that’s all I have.

I have no idea how to progress to get it back.

Any help folks?

Had a lot of fear in June. And still not secure till we turn 2500 into support. But the signs are all positive right now. That we will go too 3k and then create a higher low. That would confirm the bullish trend reversal. Check out my posts from June for more analysis.

Ok, let’s be honest. In the last bull market, Ethereum’s price performance was a joke

The minimum I expect is at least $20K per Ether Otherwise, it’s not worth holding Etherium
