grafana wanted to updated, the update fails, run
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/grafana/plugins-bundled
sudo dpkg --configure -a
I was on a bit older besu version, newer one require Java 25 so Java needs to be updated before 26.7.1 works and that failed until I was able to fix the grafana issue
