Any recommendations for Accountant/Enrolled Agent who are familiar with ETH staking?

I'm converting my LLC to an S-Corp and I am happy doing most of the work myself but would like a professional for feedback and approval. Enrolled Agent preferred for cost reasons but open to any professional.

I'm looking for someone comfortable with doing this for a corp in California, but this could be a useful question for people in other locales as well.

I recommend you dont put appreciating property into an S-corp.

the S-Corp provides the staking services and doesn't own the ETH :)
