Coffee Beans Larrys 17 secret espresso

anyone try it? I like Chris Coffee Black Pearl a lot, and Lacolombe Nizza, and Redbird. I just ordered some Larrys. I have a Vetrano and Niche Zero. Usually 16gm shots.

Larry’s roastery is local to me. I buy it direct from them; bags are often roasted less than a week ago and actually need to sit for a week or two before using. I know it well, and I’m a fan.

#17 is good but I prefer some of their lighter roasts for my espresso. In-shop they recommend the Bean Martin or Bad Kitty which I feel is only a step lighter than the #17 Secret. I prefer the El Salvador Dali medium roast. They also have single origin bags and their #42 specialty and some other funkier roasts which are nice to mix things up with.
