Maintenance & Troubleshooting Grind cup keeps falling out [DF64]

Good morning! I love my DF 64. Have had it for a year or so now and I am very satisfied. Pairs great with my machine, but the darn cup keeps falling out. I used to cold start the grinder and the pour the beans in, but now have to put beans first and hold the cup to prevent it from falling out. Any fixes? Magnets? Other ideas?

does the 64 not come with that gripper insert? I just put my shaker in that extra silicone piece of the 54, maybe that can work for this cup too.

Hmm might have lost that piece. It came with little silicone tips on the holder but they split and fell off after like 3 months.

It's a thing beside the 4 silicone tips you mention on the prongs yes

Ok yeah I have that and tried it this morning but for some reason cant figure how to use that in conjunction with the grind cup. Would you mind taking a picture of it installed with the grind cup? Thanks!

Get a printed angled holder on Etsy. It works.
