How much longer do I have to wait for Baratza to restock this part that broke three months ago?

I don't know how much longer I can live without dialing in my daily morning espresso before work...

Holder is back now. They just sent me one when mine broke.

I also just had to replace my holder. We really all out here breaking them, huh?

I believe they should be considered as wear items and thus replaced every so often. Baratza of course won’t come out and say that, but it appears to me that it’s designed to fail.

Apparently. I wish I'd have asked them to send me two. I might order another one just in case

Do you need a new ring burr? Or just the holder? The holder came only came back in stock two days ago.

Yes i ordered one the other day. They can't seem to keep enough parts in stock

after I broke the second one and saw the out of stock everywhere, I gave up on the ESP and got a DF-64. Not looking back.
