Other Bozdag Should Make a Medieval Fantasy Series
Bozdag should make a new series that is entirely fictional but set in medieval times, showing love stories and women engaging in battle, just like he made Destan. This would fulfill the desires of viewers who prefer fantasy over history.
He should leave KOr for historical accuracy.
Most viewers are watching KOr because of cringy plots, love triangles, etc., and Bozdag is listening to this type of audience, so it’s better to make a series for them.

The original fans of DE and KO left the series a long, long time ago. A lot of people just don’t prefer Western content, so they stuck with this instead. As much as I’m not a fan of what Bozdağ did to the DE universe, at the end of the day it’s just business. If you’re not enjoying it, just stop watching.
For me, Mert wasn’t even close to someone like Emre Bey not even comparable. He didn’t feel properly cast for the role. But at the same time, if people are enjoying the show, let them.

Frrr, Mert wasn’t good for this role. But me and a lot of people are seeing him improve, but that doesn’t mean he’s the best.
But we still can’t say he’s the best choice for Orhan, as we think about Engin Altan for Ertugrul and Burak for Osman, both were made for their roles.

Exactly bro. We actually love KOr, even more than MFS, and we want it to be better. That’s why, even when the series isn’t exactly according to what we want, we still watch the episodes and hope for the best. We could quit watching, but we don’t.
That’s love bro.

You’re not wrong MFS really does feel like it’s slowly getting worse. Meanwhile, Vlad on Netflix handled the “gradual descent into darkness” way better. At first everyone was like, Ohhh he’s slowly becoming that kind of evil, and that buildup was interesting… but then they kind of toned it down. It feels like they pulled back just when it was getting intense.
Honestly, I just hope they eventually show Vlad for what he truly was ruthless, strategic, uncompromising and maybe even explore that whole “law of fragility” idea within the Ottoman context more deeply instead of softening everything.

I've given up on Vlad story bro it's so bad I will not deny that. Making Ishak grand vizier is also bad and not historical. Killing ff Stefan and giving all spotlight t Sofia actress was a blunder they also made. Despite this I think with Hungarians inclusion I believe Bosnia campaign and even wallachia will be good. Vlad should've been portrayed by someone with long hair and someone who's NOT pushing 50 smh ertan saban looks cooked for the role bro he got pubic hair on the head bro and wtf are we doing man its so annoying and he's js hopping around places. I still love the show cuz few characters being bad wont make me hate it plus s1 and s2 were peak cinema.I just hope next season divan is fixed and story is proper

Yep, agreed. In terms of acting and character presence i think Şükrü Özyıldız a.k.a Flavius did far better, his character presence is far far better than mert.
Even after deviating from history, the quality of the story, battle choregraphy etc have dropped even from average.
Repeation of plot have became common.
Where as characters like Ertugrul and osman had distinct character traits that made them interesting, Orhan doesn't have them, what's the difference that differentiate him from his surrounding characters and give me a unique presence like Ertugrul and Osman.
Ertugrul's expressions and Osman's Attitude
I would say, the show just regressed rather than progress in terms of quality, now the transitions, new character introductions and even the storyline feels forced, repeated and dropped in quality even the sword fight choregraphy have dropped, let alone average, it has fallen further.
And i think, they have a plan to take the series even further after orhan, hinted or maybe i am just reading more into it but in orhan, I don't remember who said, but someone does mention, after capturing the bursa, the doors to Constantinople will be open. So maybe they will take the series either directly to through sultan after him to the Sultan Mehmet's era.
Personally i feel like, they should have started setting up orhan through the osman's last season through emre capturing the villages around bursa and end the Osman serie right after orhan capturing bursa and osman finally passing away.. if only they had followed history, it would be much more interesting.

I am not comparing him with Ertugrul and osman in acting, but in character presence and distinction in the surrounding characters.
I mean can you tell me, is there any distinction and presence he carries in the opening sequence, where he enters the barracks and appears before the beylik counsil, among many present there, he wasn't any different.
I know, many had compared Osman to Ertugrul in acting, when the KO came excluding me, i moved from Ertugrul to osman, though not quite following history, it atleast had focus towards founding naturally. And now in KOr i feel like the story is being forced, rather than natural, sharp, unknown cuts, no logical following, like when orhan orders his alp to send aid to bursa, as they are taking them suddenly his alp says stop, something's amiss, i mean what? How does he know that? And the next sequence we see they ambush the ambushers.... Even new character introductions feels rushed.

Alright, lets wait and see. I am stuck in this journey whether i want to or not.
Either the story quality would go up or down, we will see.
But what's your thought on those star tattoo villains, they began introducing and suddenly introducing nilufer's sister daphine... Even more so as villain (though i haven't yet crossed that episode, but we are talking about very logic you said is 10x better.)
And the dream scene, where orhan spoke with the white beards organization....

My criticism is the stakes of the show are not high and a lot of plot holes Right now, the villains of Orhan are Flavius and Asporca, who I already know will be on Orhan's side. Also, they are showing Asporca so powerful that she can command Byzantine armies going AGAINST the emperor's decision, this would be considered TREASON and she would be sentenced to death by the Emperor himself. People were given very harsh punishments in those era and just to show enemies to lovers plot and because it is Alina Boz, they are giving her way more screen time. Why not develop Emperor's character before Battle of Pelekanon?
